At GolfDriver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- All included accessories and components are returned with the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as GolfDriver cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
